Our Classes
CHAIR YOGA
Chair yoga is a gentle form of yoga, perfect for our community, that focuses on improving flexibility, balance, and strength-all while sitting or using a chair for support. This class offers a safe, accessible way to experience the benefits of yoga, from reducing stress to enhancing mobility, making it ideal for all.
BEGINER YOGA
Beginner yoga is Hatha-based, working on alignment and matching movement with breath. This class will strengthen the body and the mind. Perfect for beginners and suited also for the more advanced yogi with modifications!
Accountability and Support
Yoga Flow is a Hatha based yoga class. This means that the pace is a little slower and doesn’t involve vinyasa work, the asanas (or poses) are taken with intention, each pose gently guided and alignment specific to build strength and stamina. This class will make you work, yet it’s low-impact nature will leave you feeling better than when you walked in!
